About Karina Kinsky

As the Founder of BLESSED by Kinsky, I support leaders, individuals, businesses, and properties in restoring alignment and energetic coherence as a foundation for clarity, stability, and effective action.

My work addresses what often remains unseen at the root level: subtle energetic imprints, accumulated emotional residue, and underlying tensions that influence decision-making, performance, relationships, and atmosphere.

With a background in executive search and leadership consulting, and over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience across multiple countries, I combine strategic understanding with refined intuitive perception. I understand leadership, responsibility, and performance from lived experience.

While my professional path began in business, a heightened sensitivity to energy, space, and unspoken dynamics has been present throughout my life. Over time, I chose to develop this capacity through advanced training and long-term practice, integrating it into a professional framework.
